Jason Hanson
President, Global Payment Network
Jason Hanson is President, Global Payment Network. In his role, Jason is responsible for leading all aspects of our global payment network, including Discover® Network, PULSE®, Diners Club International®, and related operations. Jason is the President and CEO of Discover Network, and Chairman of PULSE and Diners Club International networks. In May of 2025, Jason became a member of the Capital One Executive Committee upon completion of Capital One’s acquisition of Discover Financial Services. Jason joined the network in 2019 and served in various leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of the network from July 2023 to May 2025. Prior to joining the network, Jason served as the Head of Corporate Development at FIS/Worldpay. Jason began his business career at McKinsey & Company in 2007 and served as a Partner in the firm’s Payments and Private Equity practices. Jason serves on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Transactions Association. In addition, Jason is a military veteran who served as a Captain in the U.S. Army’s 4th Infantry Division and was deployed from 2003 to 2004 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Jennifer Cruz
Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canadian Markets
Jennifer Cruz is Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canadian Markets. Jennifer leads acceptance, operations, and third-party credit issuing business development in the U.S. and Canadian markets. She is responsible for strategic growth of U.S. credit issuance, operations, and expansion of the network, as well as merchant enablement within the United States and Canada. Upon joining the network in 2002, Jennifer led global marketing, where she was responsible for acceptance marketing efforts worldwide and increased awareness and consideration for the network brand throughout the payment ecosystem. She also led U.S. client services and network operations in providing premier customer service to 500+ participants. Jennifer previously led U.S. and Canadian merchant enablement—driving acceptance growth, increased volume, and revenue for the network. Jennifer holds a BA from Arizona State University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Hannes Endhardt
Senior Vice President, Head of Network Product and Platforms
Hannes Endhardt is Senior Vice President, Head of Network Product and Platforms. Hannes is responsible for building and operating the solutions that power payments across the network. He is accountable for the product development lifecycle from discovery, solutioning, and roadmapping to delivery, launch, and at-scale operations. Prior to joining the network, Hannes led Card Decisioning platforms at Capital One, which power acquisitions, credit line, and spend authorization decisions for prospects and cardholders. Before that, he ran the deposit portfolio and merchant acquiring business at Capital One’s Small Business Bank. Hannes started his career at Goldman Sachs and then spent 5 years at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on technology and financial services. Hannes holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Business Information Systems from the University of Regensburg.
Natalie Kelly
Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Natalie Kelly is Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Natalie oversees risk management practices to support responsible and sustainable business growth of the Global Payment Network. Prior to joining the network in 2025, Natalie spent 25 years at Visa where she held various global leadership positions across product, risk, sales, strategy, innovation, and transformation. Most recently, she was Chief Risk Officer of Visa Europe. Before her time at Visa, Natalie worked at SouthTrust Bank (now Wells Fargo) where she developed and executed issuing and acquiring bank card strategies. In addition to being named one of the Most Influential Women in Payments by American Banker, Natalie was also recognized with the Kindness in Leadership award by the Women of the Future organization. She holds a BS in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Ricardo Leite
Senior Vice President, International Markets Development; President of Diners Club International
Ricardo Leite is Senior Vice President, International Markets Development and President of Diners Club International. Ricardo is responsible for managing new and existing business development efforts, including the Diners Club franchise, Network Alliance participants, and regional and local acquiring relationships. Ricardo has more than 25 years of experience working for large multinational organizations in corporate payments, strategy, and client account management and development. Ricardo held executive leadership roles across global payments, acceptance, and product and innovation at Discover from 2014 to 2019 before transitioning to his current position. His leadership has driven organizational transformations, strategic alliances with fintechs, PSPs, and acquirers, and expansion into new markets. Prior to Discover, Ricardo held leadership roles at American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group. A native of Brazil, Ricardo is fluent in Portuguese, with a working knowledge of Spanish. Ricardo holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and a BS in business administration from George Mason University.
Katelyn McCarthy
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Brand
Katelyn McCarthy is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Brand. Katelyn is responsible for defining and enabling strategic priorities, crafting the overall network brand strategy, and executing a portfolio of strategic business projects.Katelyn joined the network in 2019, and since then has overseen network strategy, strategic partnerships, and business development. Prior to 2019, Katelyn was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company focused on commercial growth and strategy in the payments sector.Katelyn holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School.
Judith McGuire
Senior Vice President, Global Products
Judith McGuire is Senior Vice President of Global Products. In her role, Judith is responsible for managing product strategy and development for the network, overseeing roadmap development and delivery for commercial, digital, card account, and fraud/authentication products. Judith also leads network policy process reviews and enhancements. Judith joined the network in 2020. She previously served as Vice President of Digital Products. Prior to that, she held executive roles at PULSE, where she established and oversaw several functional areas including product management, pricing, analytics, and the enterprise project management office. A longtime payments leader, Judith has served on several industry boards, including as a founding board member of the Debit Network Alliance and The Texas Nature Conservancy. She is a member of the Executive Committee of EMVCo and was named one of American Banker’s Most Influential Women in Payments in 2024. She holds a BA in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Tulane University.
David Schneider
Special Advisor
Dave Schneider serves as Special Advisor to Jason Hanson, President , Global Payment Network, focusing on debit growth opportunities. Prior to being named Special Advisor in March 2026, he had been President of PULSE since 2006 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2024. In this role, he led all aspects of the PULSE Network business, including sales of Discover Debit to domestic issuers. Before joining PULSE in September 2000 as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Dave was a partner in the Houston law office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., practicing in the Corporation, Banking, and Business Department. His work included advising lenders, borrowers, and institutional investors in connection with credit agreements and structured financing. He also represented PULSE and other networks on a range of payment systems issues.Dave holds a BA in economics, summa cum laude, from Tulane University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
Jennifer Schroeder
President and Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer Schroeder is President and Chief Operating Officer of PULSE, headquartered in Houston. She leads all aspects of the PULSE Network business, including Discover Debit issuer sales and product support. Jennifer is also responsible for evaluating debit growth opportunities, and for chairing the PULSE Issuer Advisory Council. She joined PULSE in 2013 as Executive Vice President of Operations, managing the company’s operations department, including processor services, production support, implementation, certification, compliance, and fraud operations. She was named Executive Vice President of Product Management in 2020, leading product management, pricing, and merchant and acquirer sales, as well as the Project Management Office. Prior to joining PULSE, Jennifer worked for 20 years at Discover Financial Services where she started in 1993. She progressed through increasingly senior leadership roles in support of both platforms and customers. Her experience covers complex implementations, key outsourcing deals, and playing a vital role in key negotiations. Jennifer has a BS in business management from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Andrew Stucchio
Managing Vice President, Data Governance, Analytics, and Pricing
Andrew Stucchio is Managing Vice President, Data Governance, Analytics, and Pricing. He supports the network’s growth strategy by translating market intelligence, pricing insights, and advanced analytics into enterprise decision-making that enables responsible and sustainable network growth. Andrew oversees the Global Pricing team, which supports developing pricing insights and strategies for acceptance, revenue optimization, and competitive positioning across the payments ecosystem. Andrew also leads Global Network Analytics (GNA), which delivers advanced analytics to achieve revenue growth, marketing effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across the network. Drawing on his previous experience across the payments industry, including roles at American Express, Andrew brings a broad, network-wide perspective that integrates data governance, analytics, and pricing strategy. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
